Title: Yogurt Cheese

5c1-1/2 % natural yogurt; * see note

Place yogurt in cheesecloth-lined sieve set over a bowl. Let drain in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight. Discard liquid.

Makes about 2 cups.

Serving Ideas : Great topping for fruit.
